Purpose of the website

The purpose here is information, not a service: nothing here forms an account, financial, medical, legal, or professional-client relationship with the reader.

Keeping pages current

Continuing accuracy is not promised. Anything that matters right now should be checked where it is published officially.

Outside links

Some pages may link to separately operated websites. Those destinations are controlled by their own operators and use their own terms.

Running the site

The site is not guaranteed to be available at all times. Content may be revised or withdrawn at the operator's discretion.

Revisions

Expect this to be revised from time to time. The current position is whatever this page says.
